Hey Boo!

In my late teens and early 20s, I was lit almost every weekend. My only form of cardio? Twerking (LOL). But I hit a point where walking up one flight of stairs had me out of breath, and I knew I couldn’t keep living like that.

So, I decided to be more intentional. I started working out, gave up soda, and got into juicing — just for me. I began sharing my juices on social media, and out of nowhere, other women and men on their wellness journeys started asking me to make some for them.

Time after time, the messages came in:
✨ “I feel more energized!”
✨ “My skin is glowing!”
✨ “This helped me detox!”

That’s when it clicked — this wasn’t just about me anymore. I had something that was helping other women feel and look good in their bodies too. So, I created a website, made it official, and here we are.
